We are AKF Future Leaders. A group of young free thinkers who want to change the world. We’re innovators, doers, makers, arguers, persuaders and obsessors, all united by fundamental belief that we can help you to top up your leadership skills whilst you volunteer to help us free the world of poverty.

We offer you a chance to get together with different thinkers, make new friends, build networks, fundraise for some great causes and after all that get a great addition to your CV and a reference to boot , and thats not all …… you may get the chance to go on an overseas deployment and do some great work in the field helping the poor.
We start with developing game-changing skills. Skills that connect us with who you are – the kind of leader you were born to be, the courage and ownership to make it happen and the leadership skills that can make all the difference both in your own lives, and the lives of the poor
Our method fosters genuine change. It’s a personal, immersive experience. We harness the power of collective problem-solving and collaborate with the brightest young minds. Our volunteer programs are all geared towards how we can collectively develop projects that change lives, then fundraise for those projects before implementing them in the third world through our partner organisations. Our leadership sessions are carefully designed to promote ownership, and meaningful change. We are committed to constant learning and innovation, ensuring that we stay on the cutting edge of poverty focused solutions, which we then apply to assist those most in need.

AKF Future Leaders is led by you. We do not believe in a one size fits all model and we always begin with a clear objective to help you become a better leader whilst you help us by volunteering for a great cause.
AKF Future Leaders is proven as a catalyst that accelerates and magnifies the impact of your efforts in helping the poor whilst developing your leadership skills.

A NEW HOME FOR RAZIA
We fundraised, planned and helped build Razia and her children a nerw home….. in just 10 days. This changed her life forever.
A livelihood FOR GUL KHAN
We fundraised, planned and helped disabled father Gul Khan start his own shop so he could feed his family.
OVERSEAS DEPLOYMENT
This year, a small team of AKF Future Leaders deployed to Pakistan to visit and work together to support orphanages and care facilities.
WATER FOR LIFE
We planned, fundraised and installed over 100 water wells helping many communities with no access to clean water.
GAZA APPEAL
We raise funds and awareness for the tragic and dire situation in Gaza. We and stand with the Palestinian people.
